Mike Evans for Missouri: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; Mike Evans: Evans enlisted in the U.S. Army and attended basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. He was stationed at Fort Huachuca, AZ and Fort Meade, MD where he served as an intelligence analyst in the 742nd Army Battalion and was awarded the Army Service Medal and Exemplary Unit award for his battalion. Evans currently serves on the Veterans and Military Families Advisory Committee of the DNC. Additionally, Evans has also received an appointment on the local board of the Selective Service and serves on the building appeals board for the city of Arnold. He earned his B.S. in business from American University in Washington D.C. and earned his Master of Arts in Teaching from Missouri Baptist University. Evans’ professional experience includes running a small marketing firm, the national marketing coordinator for the PAEMST education program and currently teaching high school business in the Fox C-6 District and is a member of the MNEA, MBEA and MOACTE. He also works in the family business: Just Pools, Inc., in Arnold, Missouri.
